In Genpo Roshi's work, you ask for various voices to come forward e.g. 'Can I speak to the voice of Control?' etc. Marshall Rosenberg also worked with accepting the energy of the fringe voices - when I asked myself in one exercise 'If you were really mad, what would you do?' I got the answer 'Paint the Turbine Hall of the Tate red.' Own your fringes. We have resources we may not fully treasure. |
